I think all of you have heard the name Min Chaesol before. Also known as Mimi, the fashionista who creates new, trendy designs out of ugly and unusable clothes. Her design ideas are unattainable, and just when you think it can't get any better, she tops it off! And if, for whatever reason, you didn't know that she's actually a designer, her name was already circulating before all this fashion stuff. Most of the rumors from the Deities group are about Mimi. Although she has never denied or agreed to any of them, there have been stories about every possible thing thats crossing your mind. I mean this girl could do anything, the gives of these vibes dough. Even for a blogger like me, it was of course difficult to figure out which gossip was true and which was just speculation to add a little drama 🤨 The fact that more than 80% of her friends are guys was a first sign: okay, is she really sleeping with one of the unknown guys or with Jeno, one of her close friends? Or are her designs stolen and she's “selling” them as her own? But no. None of these rumors are true, nor do I know of any affair with Jeno. I mean it could be, because it’s Mimi. So sorry to destroy your hopes that these rumors are true 🥲 But I know something better, something much darker. Our mysterious and totally outgoing Mimi has a very shady secret. One that is definitely true. But let's not start the story in the middle: Once upon a time, there was a very talented girl named Chaesol. When she first arrived at the academy, she immediately stood out. She became good friends with Jisoo shortly after her first week, and so she quickly became a part of the Deities. Naturally, this led to rumors, as Mimi was increasingly seen with all the male deities and others. Rumors were everywhere, but of course, Mimi didn't care much about them. That was beside the point, because the real reason for her rise was her designs. She had made a name for herself and wore something new every day, pieces made by Mimi. In fact, she had dreamed to have her own brand and had even gotten a couple of small orders, but the big fish was nowhere in sight — she thought. Shortly afterwards, Mimi was offered a significant contract by one of Korea's biggest designers. The renowned designer Kim Hyukkwon is the owner of the design house HYK. This includes the globally known Korean brand “JUNGDAN”. Kim Hyukkwon began sketching in his younger years while working as an office manager. What started out as a hobby turned into real it-pieces, and he knew what his next big goal would be. He opened a small shop and within two years it had grown into the large design house HYK. Why am I telling you this?  Because Hyukkwon loves to promote young new talent and incorporate some of their spark into JUNGDAN. He also started somewhere, and knew how hard it was, to get in the scene. Every aspiring fashion designer knows Kim Hyukkwon and his passion for turning no-names into IT names. And, of course, so does Chaesol. And now, before I put you through any more torture, let me explain. Oh Chaesol, you do such silly things 🙄. It makes you wish you had slept with Jeno instead of the 49-year-old designer. Oh no, I've spoiled it, damn 🫢 But yes: Chaesol made a deal with the great Hyukkwon: one night for the chance to become a designer. Kim Hyukkwon came to our academy shortly after the semester began and wanted to take a closer look at the new talents. Their designs were quite “unwearable” and, as he criticized, “Tastelessness must also be studied here.” — Ouch 🤧💔. Mimi also gave her designs to the well-known gentleman, and he expressed his interest. After asking a few questions and seeing the designs and more, he realized that Mimi was not featured in some magazines for no reason, even if they were rather unknown ones; she was not entirely new to the scene. All the gossip at the academy was rather irrelevant, so there was no problem. So Chaesol was introduced as the new up- coming designer who would soon be launching her own brand. Her dream was about to come true, but as you can see, the emphasis is on “about to.” A lot of money would have to be spent on promotion like the press, marketing, studio, equipment, and everything else a designer needs. So it's okay to ask for a little favor in return, right? So it wasn't just the mans pure kindness and Chaesol's unique talent that led him to offer her a contract, but rather his desire and her hunger for fame. Well shit happens, i guess 🤷🏻‍♂️ The 49 year old Kim Hyukkwon decided to offer her the opportunity of a lifetime. She would have to sleep with him so that she could present her own brand as a new designer under the HYK label. Oh man, Chaesol, now you wish all the fake news at the academy was true, right? I hope the designer doesn't back out of the contract, otherwise you'll have neither the brand nor your dignity (😂). On the one hand, it's disgusting of the MAN Hyukkwon, but on the other hand, it's also disgusting to sleep with a dude who's twice your age for a deal. I mean, if you're so talented, Chaesol, did you really had to do that? Did you maybe sleep with other people too to get mentioned in the magazines? It wouldn't shock me. Tastelessness isn't just something you study here, you're born with it, right Mimi?
